Approaching the villa through double gates, the garden path leads to the front door and lotus pond. Adjacent is undercover parking for two cars.

The house is completely surrounded by a private and secluded walled garden which is planted with colourful, traditional Thai orchids and its very own large coconut palm, complete with coconuts! The 4.0m x 7.5 m swimming pool is well positioned for privacy and concealed by palms and flowering shrubs.

The double aspect dining room windows open on one side to the wooden decking providing an area for sunbathing with sun lounges and casual seating, whilst the other side opens to a large patio area with a full size gas barbeque.

The master bedroom is large and airy with floor to ceiling sliding windows leading to a balcony – a perfect spot to watch the sun come up! A range of dark wood fitted furniture, king size bed and a 42’ flat screen TV ensures a comfortable end to the day. The luxurious bathroom has a large bath to soak in, an open rain shower and double sink units.

This spacious bedroom is conveniently located on the ground floor and is furnished with a queen size bed and fitted wardrobes and has its own en-suite bathroom with open rain shower. A bedroom facility ideally suited for those requiring a little more privacy.


The spacious and contemporary designed open plan living and dining room provides a comfortable and relaxing area after a long hot day. The living room is well equipped with a 42 inch flat screen TV with satellite TV ( 80+ channels incl BBC, CNN, ESPN, HBO and Children’s TV), DVD, Bose CD Stereo player, IPod docking speakers and wireless internet connection. Contemporary styled dining table and chairs provides seating for eight guests.

The open plan kitchen is of a modern European style, well equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, four ring hob, oven and microwave. There is the usual range of small appliances, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and juicer. The separate utility room houses the Electrolux washing machine and tumble drier.
